Training workshop for investment promotion stakeholders in Togo
The training workshop for investment promotion stakedholders in Togo included 88 government officials representing 24 government institutions including the Office of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Investment Promotion, the investment promotion agency of Togo (API-ZF), ministries of foreign affairs, economy and finance, the Central Bank as well as other institutions (see section V for list of entities).
The workshop was preceded by the official launch of UNCTAD’s Investment Policy Review of Togo with the participation of the Minister of Investment Promotion, H.E. Rose Kayi Mivedor, Ms. Binta Sanner, UNDP Togo Country Representative, Mr. Yawo Atsouvi Sikpa, Director of the Investment Promotion Agency (API-ZF) and Ms. Maha el Masri, Investment Policies Expert from UNCTAD. After the launch, H.E. Mivedor thanked UNCTAD for the continuous collaboration and formally opened the two-day workshop.
