Sustainablefdi.org is an online platform created by UNCTAD as a resource for investment promotion professionals, providing relevant content and tools to promote and facilitate investment for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform complements UNCTAD’s advisory work and exchanges of good practices, which are also featured on this site. Through technical assistance, UNCTAD seeks to disseminate knowledge, tools and practices in order to support developing country governments in the design and implementation of policies and strategies for the promotion and facilitation of foreign direct investment that contributes to the SDGs. Sustainablefdi.org is a key part of this effort by providing a selection of publications with information on topics related to investment that contributes to the SDGs, by presenting investment opportunities, and by giving investment promotion agencies a platform to network.
