Investment Facilitation: The Perfect Match for Investment Promotion. In this sixth issue of the IPA Observer, UNCTAD describes how investment promotion and facilitation go hand in hand and investment in the Sustainable Development Goals requires enhanced facilitation. This paper presents three practical examples from investment promotion agencies that illustrate how some of the tools and techniques in UNCTAD's Global Action Menu for Investment Facilitation and other policy instruments can be deployed.
